Making a contract with Peachy Belts
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that goods are temporarily out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you of the expected delay . If this delay is not acceptable to you your payment will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of the date of your order.
You warrent that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Peachy Belts Ltd guarantees to refund any item that you are not totally happy with when returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited via your credit card within 7 days of the return of the merchandise. If returning by post please remember to ask for the Post Office proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Peachy Belts cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items in transit.
If you do wish to return all or part of your order please contact us prior to sending with information about what you are sending back and when. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please inform us promptly so that we can claim against the carriers.
All sale items are sold as seen and cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please pay attention when choosing your size as with limited sale stock we may not be able to provide you with a different size.
If you have made a mistake on an item that is sent to you or if the item is faulty or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive the item unless it was sent to you with other items that you are keeping. We are not able to refund delivery charges if you change your mind or return an item that you do not like.
