This is the highest quality leather that we buy, it is a full grained, vegetable tanned Italian leather, which will soften and improve with age and handling. The Italian tannery that we buy this from has many years of experience of hand producing beautiful leathers and they simply will not compromise on quality – vegetable tanned leathers use only plants and barks to prepare the leather for use which takes many months. The tannery provides metal free tannage and 50% of their electric is produced by solar panels and so sustainability is a key issue for them. Here is a belt you will wear and love for many years and looks great with gold or silver buckles on your denim jeans.
