Need an Exchange?

If you would like to exchange your belt or buckle for a different size, colour or design, please download and complete this form and securely package the item you need exchanging and send it back to this address: Peachy Belts Ltd, Furze Hill Farm, Knossington, Oakham, Leicestershire, LE15 8LX.
Note: If you want to exchange your belt ONLY, please keep the plain buckle the belt came with and just return the leather belt to us. However, if you want to exchange your buckle ONLY, please detach it from the belt and return just the buckle — this will reduce the cost of delivery.
Please ensure that you return a copy of the invoice, or if this is not available, please include a note saying what you would like to exchange the item for. Please also include a return delivery address and a contact number in case we need to call you.
If you wish to exchange for a higher priced item — we can contact you to take payment over the phone or you can enclose a cheque made payable to Peachy Belts Ltd.
We will return the exchanged item to you by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, at a cost of £4.80. We can send a payment link to you, call you regarding payment, or receive a direct transfer to cover this cost.

Want a Refund?

Peachy Belts offers the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods for a full refund. Unfortunately, personalised orders cannot be refunded.

For a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs) within seven days of receipt of the goods, providing they are unworn and in perfect condition, please download and complete this form and return your item(s) with a copy of the receipt back to this address: Peachy Belts Ltd, Furze Hill Farm, Knossington, Oakham, Leicestershire, LE15 8LX.

We're sorry, but return delivery will be at your own expense and lost goods in transit will not be our responsibility. A full refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving your returned items (excluding the original shipping costs).
