This cowhide belt wears very well as we stitch it as well as leather lining it, you will normally find that for the first few days of wearing there is a minor amount of hair loss and then there is none – after a couple of years of hard wear the hole that you always do the belt up onto will have gone slightly bald, which does not affect the look as the leather is dyed through to the very base of the skin.
